Kraft & Glassine Bag Gift Card Holder

Here's some Gift Card Holders I made using the Kraft Tag a Bag Gift Bags #138315 and the Glassine Gift Bags #141700 (page 176).  I also used the New By The Shore Designer Series Paper #141640 and Seaside Shore Stamp Set #141625.  I LOVE the colors in this Designer Series Paper.  I had to make a few end of the year gifts for teachers and bus drivers.  I also needed one for a birthday, these are so easy to make and love that they fit inside a envelope.  I made a lot of these at Christmas time and got the idea from Patty Bennett. -http://www.pattystamps.com/pattys_stamping_spot/2015/09/kraft-paper-bag-gift-card-holder-founders-circle-swap-by-patty-bennett.html

Masculine Pull Out Gift Card and Mini Treat Bag Framelit

I sat down to play with the New Mini Treat Framelit that can be found in the New Occasional Mini Catalog.  I wanted to make a Masculine Birthday Card that would hold a giftcard.  This is what I came up with, I hope you like.  I came across these Impression Obsession Steel Die # DIE224-O Retro Masculine Die and thought they would be fun with the Guy Greetings set and to create some Masculine Cards.  I did use the little film strip from the On Film Framelits.  The "Oh Snap" is from the Hip Notes Stamp Set and the "Happy Birthday" is from the Guy Greetings, and the inside of the card is from the new Big Day Stamp Set in the SAB Catalog.  This would fit into a regular envelope if I moved the Tab down, which I will do next time.

I was trying to use the new Adventure Awaits Stamps with these little framelits but I could not get a good stamp image, does anyone have any luck?  I tried the Memento Ink, StazOn Ink, Versa Mark and Classic ink.  I tried sanding the image and stamping on the paper piecing mat.  I think I am going to try some Retired Craft Ink and maybe the Chalk Ink but after some many pieces of paper wasted, I gave up.  If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.  I really like those sayings.

By the Tide Pop-Up Gift Card Holder

I have been wanting to make a Pop-Up Gift Card for awhile now.  I saw a video from Jackie Topa, she always has such great ideas.  With the By the Tide stamp still out on my desk,  I pulled out the Baked Brown Sugar, Blushing Bride and Pool Party cardstock and got to work.  I am going to try and make a couple other ones of these maybe a masculine one but for now I am still working on some feminine cards.  This is the first time, I think I used Blushing Bride and Pool Party together and I really like it.

File Folder Gift Card

I am sure you have seen the File Folder Cards that you make using the Envelope Punch Board.  If not you can watch a video that Patty Bennett did this past September.  This card will fit inside a regular size envelope.  I easily made this card into a pocket card by sealing up the sides.  I used my retired slot punch to the insert so it will hold a gift card.  This card was an end of year teacher's gift.

I am loving the Soft Sky and Crumb cake together with this stamp set, I hope you don't mind.  I do have some new stamps from the catalog that I need to start showing too.  I am just trying to get some card ideas together for a card class.  I want to offer classes featuring a stamp set and I think the Wetlands Stamp Set will be the first one.

Let me know what you think!
