Paper Crafters Sampler Pocket Acorn Blog Hop

Welcome to the Paper Crafters Sampler “Pocket Acorn” blog hop featuring our 3D Pocket Acorn template from the September issue of the Paper Crafters Sampler entitled, “Autumn Amdist”, which offers project ideas to transition your paper crafting from summer to fall.

If you have followed the Pocket Acorn Blog Hop, you have come over from Gisela Lemus' blog. Don't you just love her acorn?  I love the embossing on the top and that pretty green bow.

This is what I came up with using the Pocket Acorn Template ……….

The template comes on two pages (page 1 base and page 2 top).  I printed the template onto my cardstock and cut out using my paper snips, scored on the scored lines and assembled my acorn.   Than I had fun decorating the acorn with some leaves leftover from my project for September issue (I just love these colors).

I don't want to waste any more of your time, so head on over to Heidi Baks' Blog by clicking on the "Click here" and check out her take on the Acorn.  I loved that she made it into a hanging acorn, so clever.

Thanks for stopping by,
Karen
