SC245 Card Sketch and another Anniversary Card

Thursday, September 10, 2009
Night and Day Designer Paper

September is the month for anniversaries in our family. We have four anniversaries in one week of September. Hence the number of anniversary cards you will be seeing. Of course I want to make each one a little different. My mom and sister will just have to guess which one they will get in the mail. Hehehe

Lovely as a Tree
The rest of the card is made with Real Rust, More Mustard, Soft Suede and Autumn Traditions Designer Series Paper. I added three 5/8" Neutral brads (#112533, pg 179) for the perfect touch.
**Halloween Photo Wallet - I heard from a few people that would like me to post the a tutorial on my blog for the Halloween Photo Wallet I posted last week. I will post a tutorial on my blog but not sure when I will get to it, hopefully in a week or so. I need to get the some of my other projects done. If you want to make one but can't wait for the tutorial than go to Amy Celona's Web Site. I came across her version of the Photo Wallet about a year ago and made changes because I did not have the right size envelopes. I used Stampin' Up! Small Open End Envelopes.
Thanks for looking! If you have any questions, please send me an email.

Halloween Photo Wallet
Here's a Halloween Photo Wallet that I made yesterday. I used the new "Twick or Tweet" stamp set in the Holiday Mini Catalog (#116497) and the "Cast-A-Spell" Designer Series Paper (#115677, pg 161). I will be making one of these at a workshop this month.
Would you like to host a workshop? Now is the best time. From September 1-November 30, 2009, host a $250 workshop and choose any item* from the Holiday Mini Catalog for just $10. Choose from our award-winning stamps, beautiful new Simply Adorned™ jewelry, exclusive Build-A-Bear Workshop® products, or latest dies for the Sizzix® Big Shot™. With so much to choose from, you'll feel like a kid in a candy shop! *Excludes hostess sets and My Digital Studio™ Contact me today to see what dates I still have available.
I am thinking about selling kits with instructions for these photo wallets, a Halloween, Christmas and Fall Theme. If you would be interested in purchasing one of these kits, please let me know.

Holiday Mini Catalog

Friday, August 28, 2009
Another Sneak Peek of October Stamp Camp
If you placed an order with me in the past year, you will receive a Holiday Mini catalog in the mail around the first of September. They were a little late shipping them out this time. I will also have a link to view the catalog on my web site September 1st. Beware it is a big mini catalog, 40 pages.
There are a couple spots left for the Scrapbook Camp, sign up soon because it will fill up. If you are out of town and can’t attend the camp. I am thinking of selling these as a kit, without the stamped images or as completed pages. Please let me know if you would be interested and your comments.
Thanks for looking,
Karen

Another Sneak Peek of October Stamp Camp
Here's another sneak peek at the Thanksgiving Double Page layout for my scrapbook stamp camp. It uses the new in-colors. With these pages I show the class how to use the Brayer with Very Vanilla Textured Cardstock to add subtle color with texture to the pages.
If you have any questions, please send me an email.
